MODIBOA ATTORNEYS INC provide professional legal services to individuals, associations, groups, private and public companies, government departments and municipalities and the firm conducts business primarily in South Africa.

MODIBOA ATTORNEYS INC was founded in 2018, however worth to mention is that the founder of the firm has been practicing as an Attorney for the past seventeen (17) years, calculating back from the Office of the State Attorney in 2008 and the founder has also practiced for his own account as a Partner and a Director of Motshabi & Modiboa Attorneys in Mahikeng for a period of six years, in essence the founder of the firm has lot of experience.

The founder always believed in working towards contributing to the upliftment and empowerment of the previously disadvantaged individuals or groups through the following means:

Involvement in community development projects, such as low-cost housing;
Training and developing of newly admitted and candidate attorneys;
Participating in pro-bono initiatives arranged by the Law Society;
Providing internship programmes by providing in-house training for final year law students

MODIBOA ATTORNEYS INC will be working towards providing training facilities to young people mainly women from previously disadvantaged communities and people with disabilities, who will at the end of day be in a position to open their own practices or businesses or joining other firms or even serving in private companies, government departments and many other relevant institutions as Legal Advisors or Company Secretaries, and this can only be possible and achievable through the support from clients.
